Rhythmic movement is designed for all ages to maintain muscular, skeletal, cardio, and cognitive health. We achieve this through instruction on proper movement in dance and exercise. This is an amazing community of people who support each other and love to dance to the beat of Latin, HipHop, R&B and Jazz music. Join us and share the Rhythm!

A trauma informed somatic based movement practice drawing from and including multiple practices, meditation, pranayama, dance, Hanna Somatics, yoga, release techniques, dance, and martial arts, sensed from within stimulating new neural pathways over physical expressions and emotions.

N-Motion Line Dancing
w/ Tonette Stewart
Line Dancing is an amazing overall body toning experience to great music. It allows you to learn the latest dance steps while achieving an invigorating cardio workout. In addition, it enlarges your "framily" circle, improves your mental acuity, assists in the loss of some unwanted pounds, increases your endorphins, and contributes to a more restorative rest.
