Phillip Williams

Phillip Williams is the Senior Director of Operations at the Kingsley Association. He comes to the Kingsley Association with 19 years of experience in human services, having worked as the Asset and Property Manager at the McKeesport Housing Authority -- where he received his Managers Certification through the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Official (NAHRO).

Phillip also worked for over 12 years at the McKeesport YMCA as their Outreach & Youth Guidance Director, where he received his Director Certification through the YMCA of USA. Additionally, he is a certified Entrepreneur Instructor through the National Foundation of Teaching Entrepreneurs, and has won a Teacher of the Year Award, as well as taught entrepreneurial classes at schools and churches throughout the area.

Phillip has sat on many boards in the City of McKeesport and currently sits on the Noah’s Ark Community Center’s Board. Phillip is a 1989 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he met his wife, Rochelle; they are the proud parents of Nayelle and Nason, both of whom attend Duquesne University. Phillip is heavily involved in sports and has coached football, basketball, and baseball throughout the area. He is also the Youth Pastor at Bethlehem Baptist Church in McKeesport.
